What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Production Specialist position at STRUCTURE?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Print Production Specialist to join our Las Vegas team in the fast-paced trade show industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating wide-format printers (preferably HP), using ONYX software for RIP and print management, and applying vinyl graphics both in-house and on-site. Experience with Kongsberg CNC cutting equipment is a plus. This role plays a critical part in the production and execution of high-quality graphics for custom trade show exhibits, signage, and displays.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain wide-format printers (HP preferred) for production of high-quality graphics
- Use ONYX software for file setup, color management, RIP processing, and print output
- Laminate printed graphics with precision and care, ensuring protection and longevity
- Apply cut and printed vinyl graphics to various substrates and exhibit components
- Assist in the installation of graphics on-site during exhibit installations
- Ensure print files are prepared correctly, color calibrated, and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print production area
- Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with the graphics, production, and project management teams to meet tight deadlines
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all printed materials
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wide-format print production, preferably in the trade show or large-format graphics industry
- Proficient in ONYX RIP software and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Hands-on experience operating HP printers and laminating equipment
- Skilled in applying vinyl and graphics to a variety of surfaces with precision
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be willing and able to work occasional overtime and travel to trade show sites for installations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience in the trade show, signage, or exhibit fabrication industries
- Familiarity with Kongsberg CNC graphics cutting equipment is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of exhibit components and materials
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
