Project Manager, Data Management Services (DMS), Roofing
Primary Function: The Project Manager is responsible for directing, organizing, owning and controlling projects under the direction of the DMS Division Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Perform field evaluations to gather data
• Support clients, online orientation, & research needs
• Produce DMS reports following the QA/QC review process
• Maintain electronic data for production
• Enter data acquired from the field into the system
• Actively engage Project Managers and assist with managing the DMS project tracking sheet
• Run internal & external kick-off meetings for assigned projects
• Direct project management responsibilities for assigned restoration/roofing/paving DMS projects.
• Schedule training with new clients using Sharefile
• Develop an SOP for DMS 2.0
• Create and facilitate training modules for DMS processes and project tasks (boot camps)
• Continuous improvement to DMS Production process, systems, and special projects
• Present final deliverables to clients (Level 3)
• Actively contribute to the DMS development team
Education and Experience:
• College degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, or related field in Management
• Non-degreed persons must have two to six years prior industry project management experience with a minimum of five years industry experience.
• Professional Certification preferred (CAPM, PMP, PE)
