We are looking for experienced Paint Technicians that thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Structureworks sells outdoor structures and other products that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a finishing role applying waterborne liquid and powder coatings to our structures. You will be working with a team of hard-working fabricators to make the highest-quality outdoor structures in North America.
The pace is often fast; if you like to keep busy and are motivated to do well, this could be the perfect position for you.

$19 - $22/Hour

Responsibilities
- Prep products for finishing
- Apply waterborne & powder coatings
- Log production progress & material usage
- Maintain an organized spray booth & work center
- General material handling & other duties as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of two years experience with industrial painting
- Experience with gravity fed sprayers
- Proficient with mixing & spraying techniques
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Safe work practices
