- Support new employee onboarding, including pre-screening applications, requesting background checks, and preparing paperwork.
- Foster employee development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 2-4 years of HR experience as an administrator or general support.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
