• This job is PRIMARILY a Warehouse Technician role within a high performing warehouse. This is where you will spend the majority of your day.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years Warehouse Technician WORKING experience:

• using a hand-held scanner,
• managing inventory counts,
• accurately pulling 40-80 order lines per shift,
• using label printers,
• packing orders professionally for shipment/ delivery,
• working with inventory management systems, and
• having a commitment to overall high performance in a fast-paced warehouse technician role, and
• being eligible to drive company vehicles when needed (based on an excellent driving record).

We are growing our Warehouse Operations, and we need energetic, motivated, and high performing EXPERIENCED Warehouse Technicians.

You Control Your Pay Raises Based on YOU Achieving Well-Defined Performance Levels

$16/hour Starting Compensation

Overtime work is required weekly during the busy season

YOU MUST:

• be at least 25 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements.
• have a clean driving record (No Major Accidents or violations in the last 3 years and no DUIs).
• be able to work a full workday standing and moving around in a fast pace.
• be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times each day.

A PLUS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING (with other qualifications):

• Forklift experience
• TWIC

COMPENSATION:

$16/hour Starting Compensation

• Opportunity for Call Out rotation work that is paid at up to $75/ hour (after fully trained).
• Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $560* that are paid every 3 months. *

*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
