Field Supervisor
Duties:
- Supervise security guards in the field and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of work.
- Provide training and guidance to field technicians to improve their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets the required standards.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential risks or hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on productivity, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
