Their primary role is to ensure the efficient and safe movement of items to designated areas, loading / unloading products, and maintaining organization within the work environment.Job Description : Key Responsibilities :

• Forklift Operation : Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials, pallets, and goods within the warehouse or storage areas.
• Loading and Unloading : Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, shelves, or storage areas using the forklift.
• Material Handling : Ensure materials are properly stacked, secured, and organized for easy access and safe storage.
• Inventory Control : Assist in inventory management by accurately scanning, labeling, and tracking materials as they are moved within the facility.
• Warehouse Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring materials are properly stored and aisles remain clear for forklift operation.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspection and Maintenance : Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of the forklift to ensure its proper functioning. Report any maintenance needs or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork related to shipments, inventory logs, and equipment inspections.

Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forkliftMust be dependable and meet workplace standards. Must be comfortable with drug screen.
