Supplement Manufacturing Production Worker

Production Line worker plays a crucial role in the Health supplement manufacturing process. This position is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by preforming tasks like preparing materials, operating machinery, quality checking products, maintaining cleanliness / safety protocols, assisting with inventory, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to production formulas and SOPs
• Operate and monitor production equipment like mixers, fillers, and labeling machines, ensuring proper functionality and adjusting as needed
• Conduct in-process quality checks on products, including visual inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Package finished products accurately, including applying labels and seals, following proper labeling protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished products, notifying supervisors when stock levels are low
• Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a clean sanitary production environment
• Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Complete necessary production documentation, including batch records, log sheets, and quality control reports
