Position Overview : As a Sales Manager / Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, managing accounts, and building lasting relationships. This position offers the flexibility to work out in the field, connecting with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions. You will be the face of the company, representing our high standards and commitment to delivering top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and identify new clients to grow the company’s portfolio.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop customized staffing solutions for clients and present them in a professional and impactful manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match the best candidates with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Keep track of sales progress and meet sales targets to ensure business growth.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and other business development activities.
  • Regularly report on progress, sales activities, and market insights to senior leadership.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development—experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as this role involves frequent travel.
  • Compensation :

  • Base salary negotiable based on experience, with a range of  $50,000 - $60,000
  • Commission and bonuses structure, with the potential to earn six figures annually based on performance.
