Project Security Patrol Officer – Solar Farm Installation
Location: Coldwater, MI
Pay: $18–$20/hr (scaling: $18/hr to start, increase to $19/hr after 30 days with no call-offs or disciplinary actions; further evaluation at 6 months)
Schedule: Primarily nights/weekends, 12-hour shifts from 7a-7pm or 7p-7a
STT Security, a long-standing Michigan security firm, is hiring Security Patrol Officers to protect a large-scale solar farm during non-working hours. Officers will maintain a vigilant presence, deterring theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol & Monitor the site using a company vehicle, staying alert to any security threats.
- Report & Communicate using mobile reporting technology, escalating issues per protocol.
- Ensure Compliance with site safety rules, policies, and instructions.
Qualifications:
✔ 18 years or older.
✔ Proven reliability and strong observation skills.
✔ Must pass a background check, drug test, and driving record review/valid driver’s license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
