Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service flow.
Duties
- Manage and lead the front of house staff
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Oversee dining room setup and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and maintain quality standards for service and cleanliness
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management, particularly in quick-service or fast-food restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in shift management and food service operations
- Knowledge of banquet operations and food management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Culinary background or understanding is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
