Education
- Juris Doctor
- Background in Business, Real Estate, Finance or any related discipline is an advantage
Qualifications
- 3-5 year of Legal experience
- Admitted to practice in Michigan
- A commitment to growing with our firm
- Flexibility and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
- A desire for mentorship and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Provide legal counsel and represent clients in a variety of legal matters, including Trust and Estates, and Probate Litigation
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft motions, pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to gather information, advise on legal options, and develop strategies for resolution.
- Case Management: Manage case files, deadlines, and ensure timely communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaboration: Work alongside managing partner to grow the practice and support staff on complex cases, contributing to legal strategies and decision-making.
