We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to assume the role of Accounts Payable & HR Assistant. This full-time position is located on-site in Buford, GA.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and managing payment schedules. Additionally, the individual will provide support in HR functions, such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, and claims documentation. Accurate records in the HR Information Systems (HRIS) must be maintained, and contributions to various HR-related projects and initiatives are expected.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, encompassing invoice processing and payment schedule management
- Demonstrated skills in Benefits Administration and Training
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the HVAC or service industry is an asset
