Job Summary:
The Startup Coordinator manages and coordinates the startup process of HVAC systems, ensuring that installations are completed on time, and to the required specifications. This role involves working closely with managers, technicians, and builders to oversee the successful commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure they operate efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Schedule & Dispatch the Startup Technicians and prioritize work schedule to complete jobs on time. Maintains consistent communication with assigned technicians.
· Monitor technicians progress throughout the day.
· Reschedule startups and return trips
· Respond timely to phone & email requests from builder for HVAC startups.
· Communicate with builders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
· Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in Service Titan
· Effectively verify that houses are ready for start-up
· Schedule homes when they are ready and communicate updates to the builders if not.
· Monitor the different builder communication sites for the most up to date job information.
· Attend weekly planning/scheduling meetings.
· Other duties and administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
· Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
· Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
· Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships with builders, managers & co-workers.
· Strong ability to organize, prioritize, communicate well and be committed to providing quality work.
· Solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new projects with a "can do" attitude.
· Bilingual & Service Titan Experience is a PLUS!
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
