We are looking for a new team member in the form of an OPERATIONS MANAGER!
Tasks:
· Become Proficient/Expert with The EDGE POS
· Become Proficient/Expert with Clientbook
· Become Proficient GemLightBox & Picup Media
· Become Proficient/Expert in Sangma Phone system
· Google Docs/Sheets/Calendar/Gmail/Chat
· Use of GoDaddy
· Use of iPads
Daily Duties:
· Assist sales staff (priority)
· Multi-task with interruptions
· Answer phones
· Change watch batteries
· Clean & Polish Jewelry
· Ship/Receive Inventory
· Inventory Control (enter, picture, print tickets)
· Type Appraisals
· Order Supplies
· Minimal Bookkeeping duties
· Opening & Closing of Store

· Start at $20/hr plus additional % Commission of "qualified" store sales (approx. $10-$20K)
· 3 weeks PTO after 90 days
