Machine Operator - Extruding Department

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Machine Operator in our Extruding Department. In this role, you will set up and operate extrusion machines, conduct quality checks, and package finished products. You’ll help ensure smooth production and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate extrusion machines
- Perform quality checks and maintain records
- Package finished rolls per customer specifications
- Assist with equipment adjustments and keep the workspace organized
Requirements:
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Comfortable working in an environment that is not climate controlled
Shift Options:
12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule)
Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 5:45 AM (includes a night shift differential)
