The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively in a team oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. The sales support group provides a positive and fast paced dynamic which aligns to the overall Studco Company culture. We are a growing Global business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level. Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter quotations and projects into ERP System (Netsuite)
- Manage responses to customer inquiries, keep the turnaround time to less than 24 hours
- Answer sales calls and provide fanatical customer service
- Keep up to date on quote and project follow up
- Willingness to reach out to customers for missing information
- Conduct regular project follow up and document feedback
- Other related duties as assigned by the General Manager of Sales

- Work as a team with the Sales department to do whatever is needed.

- Manage time in an effective manner.

- Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred

- Knowledge of Netsuite ERP a plus
- Knowledge of the construction industry a plus

Salary : $20 - $25
