About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Environmental Project Manager to oversee the execution of SCA's various programs in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conservation and leadership, with experience working in an outdoor setting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all program activities are executed safely and efficiently, while meeting SCA's high standards for quality and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include managing project service logs, assuring data integrity, and supervising Project Leaders and Corps Members. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing the quality of project work performed, and for developing and implementing systems for ongoing program quality and improvement. In addition, you will serve as part of the emergency response call tree for the program and be available to travel on a regular basis for program purposes.
