As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to visitors, developing and delivering educational programs, and supporting the preservation of our nation's cultural and natural resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Visitor Services and Interpretation Participant, you will be responsible for providing clear, current, and accurate information about Fort Laramie and the surrounding area. This will include answering visitor questions, guiding small groups on brief tours, and giving talks on topics related to American history and natural stories of the area. You will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver educational programs for visitors of all ages.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to provide exceptional customer service, develop and deliver high-quality educational programs, and contribute to the preservation of our nation's cultural and natural resources.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, ability and interest in working with the public, and strong communication skills with a flair for creative presentation. It is preferred that you have an interest in American history and experience speaking in front of the public.
