Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Time Expectations:
- Minimum of 6 hours per week required.
- Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.

Work Requirements:
- Provide professional customer service.
- Independently manage tasks and contribute to team initiatives.
- Effectively balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends.
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Ensure product availability by restocking shelves, coolers, and sales floor displays.
- Manage inventory rotation and remove outdated items in accordance with store standards.
- Assist with inventory tracking and communicate out-of-stock items to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Provide support to customers by locating merchandise and offering product suggestions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and management to ensure smooth store operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled, full-time student at Ithaca College.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy retail environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and register operations.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
