Hiring Supervisor: Caitlyn Squires, Assistant Manager 

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Time Expectations:

• Minimum of 6 hours per week required. 
• Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.

Work Requirements: 

• Provide professional customer service.
• Independently manage tasks and contribute to team initiatives.
• Effectively balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Ensure product availability by restocking shelves, coolers, and sales floor displays.
• Manage inventory rotation and remove outdated items in accordance with store standards.
• Assist with inventory tracking and communicate out-of-stock items to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Provide support to customers by locating merchandise and offering product suggestions. 
• Communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Qualifications: 

• Must be a currently enrolled, full-time student at Ithaca College. 
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy retail environment.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and register operations.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
