Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to final sale
- Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and offerings to answer questions effectively
- Promote special offers and campaigns through in-person interactions and live demonstrations
- Assist with merchandising and product displays to ensure a clean, welcoming space
- Meet individual and team sales goals through upselling and excellent service
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies and improve performance
- Help manage inventory levels and restocking as needed
