Studio seeks a hands-on Marketing Manager who excels at both leadership and execution. The ideal candidate will lead a small team while actively contributing to daily marketing activities across our offices in Florida, Michigan, and California. This role requires exceptional listening skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to both take direction and show initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of A / E proposals, qualifications packages, and RFP / RFQ responses
- Collaborate with principals, project managers, and technical staff to create compelling project narratives
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive library of project experience, staff resumes, and technical qualifications
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee public relations activities, including media relations and community engagement
- Drive content creation and social media strategy
- Track and report on marketing KPIs and ROI
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
