We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented UX / UI Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, intuitive digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities : User Research & Analysis :
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
Design & Prototyping :
Collaboration : - Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine features and functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Skills : - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.- Solid understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus for collaborating with development teams.
Experience : - 2 years of professional experience in UX / UI design, preferably within digital or tech-focused environments.- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design approach and successful digital projects.
Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions clearly.- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
