About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving growth by building and nurturing relationships with new and existing partners. You will help generate leads, analyze market trends, and ensure seamless communication throughout the proposal and relationship-building process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Relationship BuildingIdentify and prospect potential partners through various channels, including networking, email campaigns, and outreach.
  • Proposal ManagementOwn the entire proposal process, from identifying customer needs to developing win themes and delivering complete proposals.
  • Market Research & Competitive AnalysisStay informed on industry trends and competitors to position our solutions effectively in the market.
  • Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication between stakeholders.
  • Data Management & ReportingMaintain and update the CRM and partner databases to track leads, prospects, and ongoing relationships.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with lead generation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record in building long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
