Job Summary
Education, Skills, and Experience Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with additional business-related training.
- Three years of progressively more responsible experience within a financial organization to gain the necessary experience and knowledge to manage a full-service sales environment and deal effectively with employee and customer relation matters.
- Experience in customer service and teller functions.
- Must be detail-oriented and have a thorough knowledge of branch operations to coordinate the daily functioning of the branch and to resolve employee and customer problems. Must possess strong management abilities.
- Complete familiarity with the Bank's certificates of deposit, business and consumer checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending policies and guidelines, as well as specific loan programs, qualifications, insurance, and so forth to provide full deposit and loan services.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to conduct business and deal with potential deposit and loan customers.
