Key Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, to identify areas for improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.

Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.

Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Review forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

Manage procurement strategies and opportunities based on global demand and product life cycles.

Utilize data tools and be able to create reports to present findings and drive informed decision-making.

Assist in evaluating supplier contracts and negotiating favorable terms.

Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.

Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Apparel industry a plus

Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python) and supply chain software (Full Circle, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and executives.

Attention to Detail : Ability to track multiple supply chain components while ensuring accuracy.
