Your Role: Pump Technician Trainee
As a Pump Technician Trainee, you'll play a vital role in supporting and learning from our expert technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing well pump and water treatment systems across the Mid-Willamette Valley.
What You'll Do:
- Assist technicians with installation, maintenance and repair of submersible well pumps and pump control systems.
- Install pipe, well pipe fittings, and connect electrical wiring.
- Dig trenches, clear tree roots, and lift/move pipes and fittings.
- Operate tools, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is in top condition.
- Drive company vehicles and represent our brand with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment while having fun!
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Age 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Oregon driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong mechanical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with well pump systems or water treatment systems.
