Your Role: Pump Technician

As a Pump Technician, you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing well pump and water treatment systems across the Mid-Willamette Valley.

What You'll Do:

• Sell, install, maintain and repair submersible well pumps and pump control systems.
• Install, program, maintain and repair VFD pump control systems.
• Install pipe, well pipe fittings, and connect electrical wiring.
• Dig trenches, clear tree roots, and lift/move pipes and fittings.
• Operate tools, maintain inventory, and ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Drive company vehicles and represent our brand with professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment while having fun!

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Oregon driver's license with a good driving record.
• 1 year experience with submersible well pump systems.
• Strong mechanical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing, installing, and servicing water treatment systems.
• Current backflow testing certification

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Location: Dispatch from our headquarters in Albany, Oregon.
