What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sustainability Assistant Program Manager position at STV Group?
STV is seeking a Sustainability Assistant Project Manager for our Planning department at our New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Support sustainability initiatives and projects, including climate action planning, resilience strategies, and environmental impact assessments.
- Assist in developing and implementing sustainable design strategies for transportation, infrastructure, and building projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure sustainability goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting on sustainability metrics, trends, and best practices.
- Support the preparation of grant applications, proposals, and presentations related to sustainability projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, urban planning, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sustainability planning, environmental consulting, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as LEED, Envision, or similar certifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with GIS, data visualization, or lifecycle assessment tools is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$91,314.21 - $121,752.28
