Sustainability Assistant Program Manager

STV is seeking a Sustainability Assistant Project Manager for our Planning department at our New York City office.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability initiatives and projects, including climate action planning, resilience strategies, and environmental impact assessments.
• Assist in developing and implementing sustainable design strategies for transportation, infrastructure, and building projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure sustainability goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting on sustainability metrics, trends, and best practices.
• Support the preparation of grant applications, proposals, and presentations related to sustainability projects.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, urban planning, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sustainability planning, environmental consulting, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as LEED, Envision, or similar certifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with GIS, data visualization, or lifecycle assessment tools is a plus.

Compensation Range

$91,314.21 - $121,752.28
