What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Utility Engineer position at STV?
As a Lead Utility Engineer, you will oversee the delivery and management of utility infrastructure improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include leading technical aspects such as designs, plans, specifications, calculations, exhibits, reports, forms, analysis, schedules, and meetings in accordance with clients’ expectations. Additionally, you will monitor project status, including budget, tasks, resources, and schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, preferably Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to obtain within one (1) year is a plus
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with utility design, engineering, or coordination experience
- Experience working for or coordinating with public agencies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and CAD Software is preferred (Examples : AutoCAD, Microstation, GeoPak, OpenRoads)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with attending utility meetings with designers, utility companies, and / or reviewing agencies to coordinate infrastructure projects

89,487.93 - $119,317.24
