STV is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Information Technology Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office. Preference will be given to those who can participate in the internship for at least 3 months.
Responsibilities :
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist users with system navigation, software installations, and basic IT tasks.
Create and update documentation for common IT procedures and troubleshooting solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve technical issues.
Adhere to IT security policies and protocols to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.
Required :
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the architecture / engineering / construction management industry.
Compensation Range :
44,767.00 - $59,689.00
