STV, a nationally recognized leader for delivering value and excellence in engineering, construction management, architecture, planning and environmental services, is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our growing transportation engineering team in our Newark or Lawrenceville, NJ offices
Responsibilities :
- Perform and / or oversee Traffic Engineering Studies and Designs
- Traffic signal design for NJDOT.
- Transportation engineering and traffic planning studies.
- Traffic simulation analysis using VISSIM and Synchro / SimTraffic software, and operational analysis using HCS.
- Writes and reviews traffic impact studies and analysis reports.
- Works with multi-disciplinary teams and provide traffic inputs for environmental studies and roadway design elements such as roadway signing, pavement marking, and MPT plans, Design Approval Documents, and / or traffic signal operation analyses.
- Coordinate with DOT and local agencies.
- Assists in public information meetings.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, and business development activities.

114,960.00 - $153,281.00
