What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at STX?
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service and knowledge to our customers in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: order entry, product information and recommendations, availability, billing and other queries
- Utilize and reference our programs and data bases pertaining to order processing, returns, and ecommerce
- Maintain a direct relationship with both retailers and consumers via phone and email
- Professionally address all incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
- Collaborate daily with other internal departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Accounting, Warehouse and Operations
- Maintain customer accounts (account notes, pricing, contact information and addresses)
- Accurately and efficiently gather information to fulfill both customer and business needs
Requirements:
- Highly developed customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any setting, with a positive and pleasant attitude
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Gain a strong knowledge of products and procedures in each brand category
- Detail oriented and organized with strong documentation skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, dependent upon seasonal workload
- Confident working in a fast paced environment, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
- Basic computer and program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous customer service/front desk experience a plus.
