Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team. This role involves managing and creating content for all social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a young and vibrant voice, a keen eye for trends, and a diligent approach to their work.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and manage posts across all social media channels.
- Repost relevant content to maximize engagement and reach.
- Schedule posts using Later and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Trend Analysis & Engagement:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Engage with followers daily, responding to messages and comments to foster community and brand loyalty.
- Assist with affiliate marketing and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
- Brand Development:
- Create a comprehensive content guide and define the brand personality for each brand.
- Shoot and edit content tailored to each brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to produce branded posts that are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key metrics to understand what content performs best.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content.

- Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience in photography and video production is a plus.
