We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office tasks, coordination, and efficient workflow management. This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations and assisting various departments in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Tasks:
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing office events.
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and other office equipment, and assist with basic technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Building Operation & Maintenance:
- Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, security, and facility services.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Monitor building safety and compliance with office policies (e.g., fire safety procedures, emergency exits).
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).o Basic understanding of office environment and maintenance procedures.o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office applications.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters, clients, and vendors.
