Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, budgets, and expectations.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses align with financial goals.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Handle on-site troubleshooting and provide solutions to any issues that arise during events.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the planning process.
- Develop and implement post-event evaluation processes to assess success and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
