About the Role: As a Junior Account Representative at Style Netbox, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting in managing accounts and helping to develop and execute marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers in handling client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Manage client inquiries and coordinate internal teams to fulfill client needs.
- Track account performance and deliver reports on key metrics to clients and senior management.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A keen interest in client management and marketing.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
