About the Role:
As a Receptionist at Style Netbox, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. You’ll set the tone for a welcoming and professional environment while providing vital administrative support to our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Support other departments as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
