We are looking for a skilled Performance Measurement Specialist to join our team at Suat Merdan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of performance results at various levels: securities, segments, and total portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of investment performance analysts to ensure they provide timely and accurate performance analytics and reporting for our clients.
- Collaborate with various departments/groups to validate the accuracy of performance results and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reduce errors in performance measurement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their performance measurement requirements.
- Analytical skills are key for this position which requires you to monitor the team's calculation and validation of risk statistics such as standard deviation and Sharpe ratio and calculation of investment multiples on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or statistics.
- Significant experience in performance measurement and analytics, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with performance measurement platforms and tools.
