Suat Merdan seeks a seasoned investment professional to serve as Vice President of Investment Analytics. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our investment performance team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of performance results at various levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of investment performance analysts to ensure they provide timely and accurate performance analytics and reporting for our clients.
- Collaborate with various departments/groups to validate the accuracy of performance results and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reduce errors in performance measurement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their performance measurement requirements.
- Supervise the team's calculation and validation of risk statistics such as standard deviation and Sharpe ratio and calculation of investment multiples on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or statistics.
- Significant experience in performance measurement and analytics, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with performance measurement platforms and tools.
