Job Description:
The Assistant Talent Manager role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing support to both employees and clientele. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, employees, and clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and clients, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork.
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, and clients, conveying messages or instructions accurately and promptly.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or administrative assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- MUST be located in Miami.
