Job Description
Regional Business Development Representatives coordinate activities to establish new school partnerships in assigned territories, manage the onboarding process and works internally to make sure that these new customers have an exceptional experience while working with the company. They are also responsible to perform needed levels of account management on landed clients. The position is measured by the output and the yield that your efforts produce.
We are specifically looking for candidates that are high performing "rainmakers" that speak the language of the k-12 education industry. Only those with backgrounds in Staffing Business Development and School District HR Leadership with demonstrated results will be contacted. The right candidate will be a creative problem solver with a dynamic work ethic and demonstrated success in B2B Business Development.

Responsibilities:
- Establish school partnerships in each assigned territory
- Identify prospective clients and convert to active Sub Teacher Source partners
- Travel regionally as needed.
- Present our services potential K-12 clients
- Utilize dynamic presentation skills coupled with effective communication
- Ability to negotiate prices and terms
- Function as a liaison for the school district.
- Contact new and existing customers to identify their evolving needs
- React and problem solve efficiently when service issues arise
- Implement recruitment, customer service, and compliance procedures to support client needs
- Consistently meet and exceed company sales targets
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Education HR Leadership or Staffing Sales.
- Ability to negotiate and close
- Strong prospecting skills
- Possessing the interpersonal skills to build long-lasting partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Skilled in technology and smartphone applications.
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to maintain confidential materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Experience using CRM tools
- Excellent Communication and Organization

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
