Join the Human Resources team as a vital member of the HRIS/Benefits administration. This position will have high visibility with coordinating corporatewide events and serving as the face for wellness programs, while also having the technical aspects of HRIS & Benefits.
HRIS:
- Become superuser and partner with internal stakeholders in migration from Kronos to UKG workforce management
- Develop expertise in UKG and partnering interfaces within the HRIS
- Create and maintain custom reports, alerts, and user roles in HRIS for members of the organization and partnering vendors
- Document and manage the entry of employee information into the HRIS System
- Maximize utilization of HRIS, review and deploy any updates/releases within the system
- Stay updated on new federal and state laws related to operating procedure and HRIS
- Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
Benefits & Wellness:
- Main point of contact for onsite fitness center, fitness trainers, and UW Health Clinic
- Champion Corporate Wellness Initiatives
- Reconcile and process payments for medical and dental monthly invoices
- Manage, approve, and track educational reimbursement program
- Work with benefit administrator to ensure accurate and timely benefit setup and elections
Administration/Coordination and People with Passion initiatives:
- Plan and coordinate major corporate events and activities, including Companywide Family Party, Golf Outing, United Way Campaign, Holiday Ham and Turkey deliveries, Summer Cookout, Flu Shots and Health Fairs
- Serve as a resource to employees related to benefits and general HR administration
- Serve as HR representative for People with Passion initiatives
- Contributes to a cooperative, team environment by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related activities as needed and/or requested
