The team includes 5 fulfillment and logistics planning members.

Primary Responsibilities
This supervisor position is in place to lead projects of varying scope and magnitude and deal with the most difficult situations and roadblocks presented by subordinates. The individual needs to demonstrate the following competencies: Building Effective Teams, Managing and Measuring Work, Developing Direct Reports, Informing, Customer Focus, and Planning
- Supervise the team managing factory distribution planning for Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove products
- Develop and maintain customer available to promise and lead time management program
- Focus team on lead time improvement and minimizing backorders
- Develop reporting work bench to capture key metrics for department
- Drive decision making on schedule attainment & component shortage challenges
- Project Management - work with operations, manufacturing engineering & production planning to manage capacity planning and mfg order execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
- MRP planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of fulfillment and distribution planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP business system, Excel & Teams collaboration
- Prior experience supervising others
