Dealership accounting department experience. Manage the companys financial accounts, payrolls, HR function, data processing, cash receipts and booking the car deals on a monthly basis. Assist Controller and accounting staff. Understand the Company business. Help in the process of new hires. Calculate payroll commissions for sales employees.The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Attention to detail. Basic math skills to make accurate payroll commission calculations and submit to payroll processing company. Great Organization and project management skills.
