Sales Manager Responsibilities & Credentials:
- Engage hands on with sales consultants and clients equally. This position is more than "Desking Deals" and requires interaction with clients on an on-going basis and with attention to detail and accountability. Strong negotiation skills.
- Train and develop a unified sales team to surpass monthly sales goals by demonstrating superior leadership.
- Solid experience with manufacturer line and used vehicle inventory management (appraising and reconditioning)
- Applicants should possess a working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software and be able to self-manage their day-to-day work plan activities. (Those with ADP experience will also be considered.)
- Deliver a Truly Exceptional client experience with a demonstrated history of top CSI.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure all vehicles are displayed effectively
Qualifications:
- 5 years highline sales management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Process driven, have outstanding attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
- Friendly, non-pretentious, outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a professional appearance
- Experience in customer service and sales support.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Results oriented, meets deadlines, and follows through on action items. Can be counted upon to successfully execute goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
