What impact you will have
We are seeking experienced and motivated Solutions Architects and Pre-sales Engineers to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead technical pre-sales engagements, support account managers in customer activities, and build strong relationships. You will work alongside our sales teams, focusing on educating clients on immersion cooling capabilities, understanding customer requirements, and recommending solutions that best fit their business needs. Your role will also involve bridging the gap between engineering, product, and R&D teams by conveying client feedback to support future product improvements.
What you'll do
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in immersion cooling (training will be provided).
- Provide solution design expertise and deal support to our US Sales teams.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building and driving relationships with clients by identifying business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineers to recommend, design, and present solutions to client management and technical teams.
- Assist in creating and developing technical proposals based on customer requirements and applications.
- Educate clients on immersion cooling deployments for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI clusters, providing detailed information about deployment processes.
