2nd Shift PDI Technician Lead Responsibilities include:
- Establish and monitor performance metrics that align with business objectives. Ensure teams are adequately managed, developed, and held accountable for meeting goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing best practices and addressing customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage all projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met.
- Foster and lead a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to quality
- Ensure continuous evaluation and review of processes and practices for improvement
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills, especially in specialized areas such as rope descent and aerial lift work.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, project management, and resource allocation.
- Track and analyze team performance, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ability to build relationships. Understands the power of relationships and fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. Build strong connections with staff, patients, and external partners to enhance the overall experience.

- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail, and presentation software.
- Spoken and written fluency in English.
