Responsibilities:
- Greet guest in a warm and professional manner upon arrival to the hotel and thank them for their business upon departure.
- Doors (hotel, cars, and the like) are opened and closed in a proactive and hospitable manner.
- Explain features and benefits of the hotel and local area.
- Utilize courtesy in taking control and ownership of guest vehicles.
- At all times safely drive vehicles and ensure keys are safely secured according to operating procedures.
- Transport guest luggage and belongings to various areas of the hotel.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment. Ensure immediate work area and associated parking area is well maintained and report any defects.
- Report any and all incidents/accidents.
- Arrange guest transportation as may be necessary.
- Position will require extended lengths of time standing.
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times in a clean uniform and name tag.
- Hotel operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
